You may apply on-line here. If you wish to apply by mail, the application is downloadable or is provided upon request. During the admission interview, supportive materials showing previous work (i.e. photographs, drawings, resume, etc.) are encouraged but is not required. A Cosmetology license is not required. Students who are selected will be contacted by email once the application is received. The admission interview/orientation will be made prior to the first class meeting by appointment only.
Students are responsible for providing their own Supplies for their makeup kit. Lists of cosmetic suppliers are available at the orientation appointment. Supplies are also reviewed at the first class meeting.
Program tuition is $1995† for eight workshops and due upon acceptance. Tuition does not cover costs of supplies, expenses, or materials required for the program. A training manual is included. Tuition is non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to the first class meeting. Tuition payment is accepted in cash, check, or major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) . Refunds are granted only upon written request and must be received by certified mail no later than three days prior to the first class meeting.
Missed classes due to illness may be made up with prior arrangements with the instructor. The instructor must be notified of any absences prior to the class meeting. There are no refunds for missed classes.
In order to assure maximum individual attention we accept only six students per class. We feel that quality is of the utmost importance.
In order to secure a place, the enrollment application must be completed and recieved by us. As soon as six applicants have been accepted, the class is closed. Therefore, it is advisable to enroll early. We will be happy to send you an enrollment application upon request or you may download a copy.
